Rita Lun | Certified Trainer and Co-Founder

Rita is a lifelong athlete, earning varsity letters in three sports (basketball, softball, and tennis) during her tenure at Tamalpais High School, and more recently, placing 64th overall in the world in her age group in the 2024 CrossFit Open. She began her functional fitness journey in 2017 to treat a recurring back injury at the recommendation of her physical therapist, and she’s been embedded in the CrossFit world ever since. In 2023, she co-founded Industry Fitness with the goal of creating a fitness community with a focus on inclusivity regardless of age, identity, and prior fitness experience. Rita is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer and a Level 1 Functional Gymnastics Trainer, and she holds a B.S. in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
